It’s a time to break the stigma surrounding mental health, support those experiencing challenges, and advocate for accessible resources. Through activities, education, and community engagement, the month highlights the importance of mental health for everyone.
To kick start this month, we have put together activities around Manningham that assist with Mental health and Well-being.
Every Wednesday, make the most of spring, shuffle between Outdoor Yoga at the beautiful Ruffey Lake Park and Nutrition Seminars at Mullum Mullum Stadium, to help understand how our relationship with food impacts our mental, physical and emotional health.
Our Nutrition Seminars will explore how our behaviors and habits shape our food choices, offering practical ways to improve your lifestyle. You’ll learn about eating for longevity, discover nutrition strategies to support exercise, and understand how food affects mood and mental well-being.
