Our Health club is a comprehensive hub for your fitness needs. Equipped with a variety of fitness zones including a Cardio Zone, Strength Zone, and Functional Zone, we offer a vast mix of health and fitness programs to support a balanced lifestyle.

Overlooking the indoor pool hall, our cardio zone comprises over 65 pieces of the latest Life Fitness cardio equipment and a few cutting-edge pieces to keep your cardio workout interesting and challenging.

Full centre access
Unlimited access to all aquatic, health and fitness facilities and programs (Excluding Reformer Pilates).
Joining Fees: High school $0, concession $95 and adult $135.
*Off-peak rate available for weekday access between 9:30 am and 4 pm. Find out more.
