We have listened to your feedback, and in partnership with Manningham Council, are so excited to announce a much needed upgrade to the steam room at Aquarena!
This Upgrade will fix ongoing issues, including frequent shutdowns of the steam room, waterproofing concerns, and the unattractive appearance of the space, along with constant seating problems, ensuring a more reliable, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all.
To complete this upgrade, the steam room will be closed from Tuesday, 25 February to Friday, 28 February 2025, while we carry out important works to enhance its durability and improve the overall experience of the steam room.
What is being upgraded?
- Complete removal and replacement of walls, seating, and ceiling.
- New waterproofing to prevent leaks.
- Installation of brand-new steam generators for improved efficiency.
What to Expect during the refurbishment period:
- The steam room and surrounding area will be closed during this period to ensure the safety of our members and the contractors.
- The warm water pool will remain open, however users may experience loud noise, particularly during the first few days of the works.
- All other Aquarena facilities remain open as per usual.
We appreciate your understanding as we complete this upgrade and look forward to sharing the refreshed space with you!!
