Playing and training for team sports such as AFL and basketball sparked my passion for sport and fitness. Setting personal goals in the gym taught me the importance of consistent training and a healthy mindset. My experience working in gyms and through university placements has given me the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring programs to each individual because no two people are the same. Personally, I’m motivated by being 1% better every day and exploring new ways to challenge myself through strength training, running, yoga, swimming, and footy. I love being there for people on both their best and toughest days, providing support and encouragement to keep them moving forward.
