We understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate for changes in your schedule, we offer the option to reschedule or cancel your personal training session with a 12-hour notice. Please note that cancellations made outside of this period will be charged the full session fee.

Playing and training for team sports such as AFL and basketball sparked my passion for sport and fitness. Setting personal goals in the gym taught me the importance of consistent training and a healthy mindset. My experience working in gyms and through university placements has given me the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring programs to each individual because no two people are the same. If you train with me, I’ll motivate and push you to achieve your goals, helping you improve your overall health and wellbeing. There’s no better feeling than seeing our people achieve their goals and knowing I helped them get there means even more!

ASHLEY

I am passionate about body positivity, and i believe that what you put in is what you will get out. I enjoy a good HIIT workout and love playing sport and resistance training. I create a safe, supportive space where people can enjoy their fitness journey while working toward their goals.

Understanding that the gym can be intimidating, I focus on making it approachable and enjoyable for everyone, no matter their experience. But I feel so fulfilled when I know that I have helped someone overcome their fear and get to where they want to be, and having been in the shoes of a client (not knowing where to start) I aim to help my clients reach their full potential.

I’m currently in my third year of studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at La Trobe University, and plan to complete my Master’s in Exercise Physiology.

I have a deep passion for the health and fitness industry and love spending time in the gym helping others reach their goals.

This year, I was fortunate to complete a strength and conditioning internship with Hawthorn (AFL), which strengthened my knowledge in athletic performance and high-level sports training.

An engineer-turned-personal trainer with a background in military boarding school and a lifelong passion for fitness, my goal is to help people achieve their best physique and a healthy lifestyle through practical, science-based training.

I focus on smart programming, solid technique, and consistency, combining CrossFit, calisthenics, strength, and HIIT to keep sessions engaging and result-driven. As a dad, I understand life’s challenges and strive to make fitness achievable, sustainable, and rewarding for everyone.

Fitness has always been my passion and way of life. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve supported everyone from first-time gym-goers to competitive athletes, with a special focus on helping women stay strong and confident through life transitions, including pregnancy. My philosophy is to train smart, not just hard—building lasting strength, resilience, and balance. I love combining resistance training with energizing cardio in strength-based circuits or RPM sessions, always set to great music.

I grew up in a small country town before moving down to Melbourne for University. In the gym, I enjoy weights training to high bpm techno and trance music. Outside of the gym, I enjoy chilling out with mates, mixing up beats and creating award winning coffees.

A strong passion for exercise prescription and delivery lead to my role as a Gym Instructor/PT back in 2021. Helping people achieve their goals is very rewarding and what drives me to work in the health and fitness industry. I will guide you through exercises while giving you tips and tricks to get the most out of your workouts.
