A step-by-step guide for facility hire
To organise ongoing hire of one of our facilities, you’ll need to:
- Complete the booking form below to get in touch with dedicated team below to discuss your specific booking needs.
- Review and agree to the Active Manningham terms of hire as outlined below.
- Complete the facility hire form at the bottom of this page and provide us with necessary details about your event.
- Review our Safeguarding Children and Young People policy to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- If your event involves working with children, you will need to submit a Working With Children Check for your staff and volunteers.
- Provide a Public Liability Insurance certificate for your event.
After all the steps above are completed, we will proceed with processing your booking request.
Please note that all organised training sessions and coaching must be supported and booked by your club or association.
