Active Manningham Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026

Aquarena Seeks Your Feedback to Enhance Services. Survey Open Until Sunday 29 March 2026.

At Active Manningham, we are always looking for ways to improve your experience and ensure that we continue providing the best services possible. That’s why we’re inviting all our members to take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is now open until Sunday, 12 April 2026. Whether you’re a member or a Swim School participant, your thoughts and feedback are vital to us. Give us your feedback HERE. 

What's improved?

We’ve been busy making improvements based on the valuable feedback we’ve already received, and we want to keep that momentum going. Here are some of the updates we’ve made: 

  • New Customer Portal and Active Manningham App: We’ve introduced a new Customer Portal to make managing your membership and bookings easier. Members can view live class availability, pool lane availability, manage bookings, and With the Active Manningham (EGYM workout app) members can access their tailored gym programs online through a simple, refreshed interface.
  • New Lockers Installed:  New lockers have been installed on the gym floor, providing a more convenient and secure space for members to store their belongings while they train.
  • Facility Upgrades: Several improvements have been made to facility areas, including a tile upgrade and new shower partitions around the warm water pool. These upgrades improve both the appearance and enhance the safety of these spaces for members and visitors.
  • Improved Cleaning and Facility Presentation: Following the last feedback, our cleaning scope has been reviewed to improve the consistency and quality of cleaning across the centre. We’ve also introduced a faster response process for cleaning feedback and completed several longer-term maintenance works.
  • Improved Equipment Maintenance and Gym Support: We’ve enhanced our staffing and logging processes to improve response times for equipment maintenance and gym cleanliness. Our team is also spending more time on the gym floor to better support members and maintain the space throughout the day.
  • Inclusive Program: Facilitating programs like Pride Night, Women’s Only Swimming Evenings, and Safely Engaging with Water for our multicultural communities.

Swim School-Specific Updates

For our Swim School families, we’ve also implemented several key changes based on your feedback, including: 

  • New Customer Portal for Swim School: Families can now manage their Swim School enrolments through the new Customer Portal, making it easier to view lesson availability, book make-up lessons and manage class changes, mark cancellations and update contact details.
  • Enhanced Swim School Training: We’ve increased training and professional development for our swim instructors to ensure the highest and consistent quality of lessons. 
  • More Swim School Classes: We’ve opened additional class times to provide more flexibility for families. This includes Sunday afternoon time slots across a range of levels, as well as additional weekday morning classes and new 45-minute adult swimming lessons.
  • Improved Communication with Families: A new daily updates board has been introduced to keep parents informed about assessments, class changes and important Swim School updates.

We are also eager to hear how these changes are impacting your experience and what else we can do to make our programs even better.

This survey will take you roughly 2-3 minutes to complete, but it will have a lasting impact on how we continue to shape our services. Whether you’re looking to share your thoughts on the general fitness experience or provide input on our Swim School, we value your opinions and encourage you to participate. 

Involving the children in Swim School?

We also encourage Swim School parents to involve their children in the survey to help us understand their perspective on their swim lessons and overall experience.
