Thank you for being a valued member of our Swim School family here at Aquarena. Over the past 12 months, your support has helped us continue improving the program, including the launch of our new Swim School Customer Portal for easier class management and make-up bookings, increased training and professional development for our instructors to deliver high-quality lessons, the addition of more class times including Sunday afternoons and new adult lesson options, and improved communication with families through the introduction of our daily updates board. We truly appreciate your continued support and thank you for being part of our Swim School community.
Supporting your family to be safe in and around the water is what drives our team every day, and while every effort has been made to minimise the cost for our students, a small increase is now necessary to ensure that we can continue to deliver this essential program for our community.
As a result, your fortnightly lesson fee will be increasing from Thursday 2 July 2026 in line with Clause 16 of our Terms and Conditions and as per the table below:

WHY PRICES INCREASE
As with many facilities, Aquarena continues to experience increasing operating costs across utilities, maintenance, staffing, equipment, and facility operations. This annual adjustment helps ensure we can continue to provide high-quality programs, services, facilities, and experiences for our members both now and into the future.
