Manningham Council, Belgravia Leisure and Aligned Leisure have been working together to minimise any disruption to you and your family when using the facilities and services, but there will be some changes, so we have put together the following information to assist you.
Key information:
- We are delighted to share that we have delayed the annual membership price increase to September 2023.
- The majority of staff have confirmed their employment with Aligned Leisure, so you will see many familiar faces around the centre.
- We will be undertaking a major refurbishment of the health club in the coming months and we want to hear from you. More details below.
- All of your customer and membership information will be securely transferred to Aligned Leisure and your membership will continue without interruption. There is no need for you to take any action.
- Your direct debit schedule will move to fortnightly, with the first direct debit commencing Thursday 6th July 2023.
Direct Debit Information:
- Belgravia Leisure will collect payment by direct debit for services to be provided up to and including 30 June 2023. Some customers’ payments will likely be a smaller pro-rata portion of their regular payment to allow for a shorter direct debit period that ends on 30 June 2023.
- Aligned Leisure will collect payment by direct debit for services from 1 July 2023, with the first payment occurring on 6 July 2023. The first payment with Aligned Leisure will be slightly higher than your regular payment to include the normal fortnightly fee from 6th to 19th July 2023 as well as the services provided from 1st to 5th July 2023.
- Your regular fortnightly payment will then revert back to the normal amount from 20th July 2023.
- Aligned Leisure will be listed on the payment transaction.
