Active Manningham Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025

Aquarena Seeks Your Feedback to Enhance Services. Survey Open Until Sunday 6 April 2025.

At Active Manningham, we are always looking for ways to improve your experience and ensure that we continue providing the best services possible. That’s why we’re inviting all our members to take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, which will be open until Sunday, 6 April 2025. Whether you’re a member or a Swim School participant, your thoughts and feedback are vital to us. 

What's improved?

We’ve been busy making improvements based on the valuable feedback we’ve already received, and we want to keep that momentum going. Here are some of the updates we’ve made: 

  • Upgraded Audio System: Our group fitness studios now feature enhanced audio systems to provide better sound quality during your workouts. 
  • New Cycle Bikes: We’ve refreshed our cycle classes with state-of-the-art bikes, ensuring your sessions are both dynamic and enjoyable. 
  • More Group Fitness Classes: We’ve added even more instructor-led classes to our schedule, offering a variety of fitness options for everyone. 
  • New Class Offerings: In response to your requests, we’ve introduced exciting new classes like Tai Chi, Slo-Flo Aqua, Body Attack, Freestyle Step, and Les Mills Shapes. 
  • Virtual Fitness Options: For greater flexibility, we now offer virtual fitness options during off-peak hours, giving you more opportunities to participate in your favourite classes. 
  • Full Steam Room Refurbishment: The steam room is currently undergoing a full refurbishment. This upgrade will improve the reliability and functionality of the steam room as well as address the unattractive appearance of the room to enhance the overall experience for all members and patrons.
  • Inclusive Program: Facilitating programs like Pride Night, Women’s Only Swimming Evenings, and Safely Engaging with Water for our multicultural communities.

Swim School-Specific Updates

For our Swim School families, we’ve also implemented several key changes based on your feedback, including: 

  • Swim School Progress Cards: We’ve introduced student progress cards and regular assessments to help you track your child’s development. 
  • Enhanced Swim School Training: We’ve increased training and professional development for our swim instructors to ensure the highest quality of lessons. 
  • Improved the consistency of swim teachers: Improved the reliability of swim instructors by expanding recruitment efforts, ensuring that all lessons run as scheduled without cancellations or relocations.

We are also eager to hear how these changes are impacting your experience and what else we can do to make our programs even better. 

Your Feedback Matters

This survey will take you roughly 2-3 minutes to complete, but it will have a lasting impact on how we continue to shape our services. Whether you’re looking to share your thoughts on the general fitness experience or provide input on our Swim School, we value your opinions and encourage you to participate. 

Involving the children in Swim School?

We also encourage Swim School parents to involve their children in the survey to help us understand their perspective on their swim lessons and overall experience.
