We understand this affects our members and families and we appreciate your patience as we adjust our services. Providing a safe environment is our number one priority. Our team is doing their best to keep regular programs running wherever possible and balance access for everyone within the available space.
Temporary program arrangements
- Swim School: Classes for Level 4 and below will move to the Warm Water Pool and run at their regular times. All other classes are cancelled, a credit applied to your next direct debit. Families will receive direct communication confirming their child’s arrangements.
- Aqua classes: Classes will move to the Warm Water Pool, with capacity reduced to 20 participants per class. Please check the updated timetable to book your spot. We ask members to book only one aqua class per day so more people can access the program.
Warm Water Pool availability
The Warm Water Pool remains open, but there will be minimal space for casual use during scheduled programs:
7:30–10:30am: Aqua classes
4:00–7:00pm: Swim School
Where possible, we recommend visiting outside these times to enjoy more space and a more comfortable experience in the Warm Water Pool.
Membership options
While we won’t be offering membership refunds or credits during the closure, you have the option to put your membership on suspension through the Customer Portal or by emailing our team.
Thank you for your patience, understanding and support for our team while we work through these temporary changes. We will continue to share updates on our website and social media and communicate directly with affected members and families.
