Active Manningham invites children to join Casual Kids Yoga every Sunday at 4.30 pm at Aquarena!
Designed for children aged 5–14, each 60-minute session combines playful, creative movements with empowering practices to help kids build coordination, balance, posture, confidence, and mindfulness, all in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by an experienced children’s yoga instructor, classes are beginner-friendly, age-appropriate, and a perfect screen-free way to stay active and mindful. Mats are required, and parents are welcome to stay in the centre while their children participate.
Payment is made at reception before class.
Cost: Only $8.80/class!
