A celebration of healthy ageing
Healthy ageing is about more than exercise. It’s about feeling connected, supported, and confident to enjoy life at every age. The expo will highlight practical ways to support wellbeing through physical activity, social connection, mental stimulation, and community participation.
Many older adults tell us that trying a new activity or joining a local group is one of the best ways to build friendships and maintain an active lifestyle. This event brings those opportunities together in one place.
Bring a friend and make a morning of it
The expo is free to attend, and we encourage you to invite a friend, neighbour, partner, or family member to come along. Enjoy a relaxed morning exploring the stalls, chatting with local organisations, and discovering new ways to stay active and involved in the Manningham community.
