The Women’s Only Evenings is a dedicated initiative designed to create a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for women to focus on their health and fitness.

These sessions will provide women exclusive access to Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre’s facilities, ensuring privacy and cultural sensitivity while promoting physical well-being and community engagement.

These sessions are supervised by female staff and entry includes access to a private heated indoor pool and spa, gym, Dance Fusion class and swimming lessons! These sessions provide a great opportunity to socially connect with others and have fun in a safe, private environment.
