Designed for young people aged 10–15 each 45-minute session combines playful, creative movements with empowering practices to help teens build coordination, balance, posture, confidence, and mindfulness, all in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by an experienced teens yoga instructor, classes are beginner-friendly, age-appropriate, and a perfect screen-free way to stay active and mindful. Mats are required, and parents are welcome to stay in the centre while the children participate
