This spring, Active Manningham is proud to introduce the Kids Yoga Spring Series, a 6-week program created to keep young minds and bodies active, mindful, and moving during the cooler months.
Tailored to children aged 5–14, this program combines playful, creative movements with empowering practices to help kids build coordination, balance, posture, confidence, and mindfulness, all in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by an experienced children’s yoga instructor, each 60-minute class is designed to be beginner-friendly, fun, and age-appropriate. Sessions run every Sunday from 12 October to 07 December 2025 at Aquarena, with all equipment provided.
Whether your child is new to yoga or already a budding yogi, this series offers a screen-free, supportive space to build healthy habits. Parents are welcome to stay in the centre while their children participate.

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and optionally, their own yoga mat (mats are provided).
No. Classes are beginner-friendly and age-appropriate.
The classes may be combined, with the session tailored to suit both groups.
Yes. Parents should remain within the centre and be contactable throughout the session.
If a child is between the age of 5-9, the parent is required to actively supervise their child.Â
