Unlimited Centre Access During the Holidays
Make the most of your Learn to Swim membership this summer and enjoy the Summer Calendar of Fun events, while collecting stamps on your Splash and Win card!
Please also note that children with an active membership receive FREE access to the waterslides, making it even more fun to stay active this summer.

Suspensions during the Holiday Period
You may choose to place your Swim School membership on hold for up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
Suspensions can be taken anytime between:
Saturday 6 December 2025 and Sunday 18 January 2026.
Important to know:
Charges can only be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks, regardless of whether classes are running or not. If you do not place a suspension on a swim lesson account, normal lesson fees will still be debited. Refer below for examples.
Example 1-
Classes will not run between Monday 22 December 2026 and Sunday 18 January 2026.
Sam suspends her daughter’s membership from 22/12 until 18/1. Sam will not be charged for her daughter’s lessons over this time.
Example 2-
Sam suspends her daughter’s membership from 15/12 until 11/1. Sam will not be charged for her daughter’s lessons over this time. Sam will still be charged for the week of January 12, even though swim lessons have not resumed. Sam will not receive a make-up lesson for this week as there was no class allocated for the week.
How will payments work if i suspend (FREEZE)?
- Your direct debits will be adjusted over the summer break to reflect your suspesion dates.
- As the Direct Debit cycle starts on a Thursday, the dates of the adjusted payments will be different depending on your lesson day:
– Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: If you are enrolled into a swimming lesson on these days and you choose to suspend for the full 4-week break, your direct debit will be $0 on the 18 December and $0 on 1 January. Regular payments will restart on the 15 January.
– Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: If you are enrolled into a swimming lesson on these days you will have a half Direct Debit payment (1 lesson) on 18 December (paying for your final lesson this year), no payment on 1 January and then another half on 15 January (paying for your first lesson back).
Please note – suspend by Wednesday 17 December to ensure your payments are updated correctly!
Follow the steps below to Suspend your Learn to Swim Membership
- Log into the Customer Portal and click Contract details under ‘Account’ tab
- Select your membership
- Click ‘Freeze Contract’
- Select Membership Suspension.
- Select your start and end date for your freeze along with the reason for your freeze.
- Select ‘Confirm’.
- You will receive an email confirming your freeze, if this email is not correct, please log back into the client portal and update the details.

We are running Splash & Win over summer. Each time your child visits the centre, it counts toward their progress!

Our Summer Calendar of Fun will be running across January and is packed with exciting activities for kids.
