Held at the beautiful Mullum Mullum Stadium outdoor training area, this bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re an Aquarena member, a trial pass holder, or a casual visitor.
These sessions focus on functional movement using resistance bands, kettlebells, ropes, and more. Each workout is crafted to challenge your strength, endurance, and mobility, while keeping the energy high and the environment supportive. Partner and group exercises make every session more dynamic and fun, because fitness is better together.

The bootcamp is open to Aquarena members and non-members of all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome to join!
Starting Wednesday 18 February 2026, sessions will be held:
Wednesdays 6.30pm
Saturdays 7.00am
Location: 31 Springvale Rd, Melbourne Victoria 3111 outdoor training area
All participants must book in via the Customer Portal before attending, this includes: Multi pass card holders, Casual attendees
No, all necessary equipment is provided. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothing.
Functional movement exercises, use of kettlebells, bands, ropes, partner and group workouts, and a supportive, fun environment.
Yes! Exercises are scalable to all fitness levels, with guidance from our trainers.
Improves functional strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination, while providing outdoor energy and team-based motivation.
- Members may attend as part of membership or pass
- Non-members and casual attendees pay via the portal
Manage all bookings through the customer portal which includes booking the session as well as cancelling the session if you are unable to attend.
Please note that cancellation can be made upto 2 hours prior to the class. This is done to allow some time for people to be able to sign up in case spots were full.
