Safely Engaging with Water for our multicultural community

At Aquarena, we’re excited to introduce our Safely Engaging with Water program – a supportive introduction to swimming lessons designed for adults who may have never experienced being in a pool before.

This 10-week program creates a safe, inclusive environment for adults from multicultural communities to learn about water safety and develop basic swimming skills. The program aims to help participants overcome fear and anxiety associated with water while reducing the risk of drowning.

Why Join?

Multicultural communities are statistically at higher risk of drowning, and this program is designed to break down barriers to accessing swimming lessons. With gender-specific sessions led by experienced swim teachers, discounted rates, and quiet, off-peak session times, this program is tailored to meet the needs of participants.
