Staying active is a journey, and it’s one that doesn’t have an age limit. At Active Manningham, we believe fitness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With our seniors’ fitness programs, you’ll find plenty of ways to keep fit, stay healthy, and meet new people.

Our classes are designed to help older adults improve cardiovascular health, build muscle strength, and maintain physical independence, among other benefits.

MOMENTUM

Moving forward with Momentum

Designed for adults aged 50 years and over, our Momentum group fitness classes are safe, fun, and adaptable to all fitness levels. Our qualified instructors, specialists in older adult fitness, are there to guide you every step of the way.

TABLE TENNIS & BADMINTON

Fun, fitness and friendly competition

Stay social, fit and healthy with our table tennis and badminton sessions designed specifically for over 50s. We provide five badminton courts and eight table tennis tables, ensuring everyone gets a chance to play with our 15-minute rotation if the courts are full. Please bring your own racket.

Rest areas, showers, toilets and a kiosk for refreshments are also available at the centre.

Location: Manningham DISC facility.
