Sprint is a fast paced, freestyle, indoor cycle workout. A series of climbing hills and sprints designed by your instructor Mandy but allowing you to workout at your own pace.
Some of the benefits of Sprint are they are short classes but burns calories for hours after the workout is complete. It helps you push past your mental and physical capabilities.
The members who actively attend the class have shown great improvement in their health and fitness, some come in to get a quick but effective workout as their day is tightly packed with work.
Classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings! You can book this class online or at reception. If you are not a member, grab a 5-day pass and try our sprint class!
