Please be informed that our steam room undergoes a brief downtime every 2 hours for about 10 minutes. This is necessary to release and refresh the water in the system
During our latest service, we discovered that the steam room can only function at full capacity if the water is refreshed every 2 hours. Consequently, the steam generators will pause the steaming process for approximately 10 minutes to complete this cycle. While the system remains operational during this period, it will not produce steam until the cycle is finished.
