Our social Table Tennis program at Manningham DISC saw its oldest table of players with a combined age of 347!

The Manningham DISC table Tennis program witnessed an inspiring gathering of seasoned players. With a combined age of 347 years, these remarkable individuals are proving that age is no barrier to staying fit and socially active. Among them are:

Bob Urquhart (90 years old)

Gustav Tonna (89 years old)

Bob Foord (85 years old)

Kuen Hoe Liew (83 years old)

Their passion for the game not only keeps them physically active but also builds strong friendships. Table Tennis offers improved balance, reflexes, and mental sharpness, making it an ideal activity for seniors. Let’s celebrate their dedication to the sport and the vibrant community they’ve built!
