Women’s Only Swimming Evenings

The Women’s Only Swimming program is a dedicated initiative designed to create a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for women to participate in swimming activities.

These sessions will provide women exclusive access to Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre’s facilities, ensuring privacy and cultural sensitivity while promoting physical well-being and community engagement.

These sessions are supervised by female staff and entry includes access to a private heated indoor pool and spa. These sessions provide a great opportunity to socially connect with others and have fun in a safe, private environment.

This session begins from Sunday 23 February 2025 from 8.15pm -10.00pm and will run on the last sunday of every month.

Benefits:

  • Provide a culturally sensitive and private space that respects diverse needs.
  • Offer an opportunity to stay active, maintain mobility, and improve overall physical endurance
  • Provide a dedicated time and space for women to focus on their personal fitness goals.
  • Lower the likelihood of developing health-related conditions.
  • Alleviate stress while boosting confidence and self-awareness.
